The content of the terms and the general conditions regulate all the contracts finalized between the Client and the Seller concerning the website www.grandiscarpe.com. A Contract is subject to the version of the terms and conditions applicable at moment in which the Contract is finalized. 

 

Any different conditions requested by the Client which contradict or change the terms and general conditions, are not covered by this Contract if not expressly agreed upon and written by the Seller.

VALIDITY AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

 

All informations on the products on the website such as: technical specifications, images, dimensions or details of compatibility are not binding and may change at any moment, unless they are expressly identified as binding.

 

Special offers are not binding, unlike the order made by the purchaser and the respective goods contained in the basket. The receipt of the order is confirmed by the seller with an e-mail only after verifying the actual correspondence of the same with the goods available in stock. We reserve the right to cancel the order in special cases such as merchandise went out of production, inventory errors, sudden unavailability of the product, pricing typos, and to contact the customer and offer him alternatives or cancel the order. This is normally done within 5 working days from order by the purchaser. The order is definitively accepted resulting in confirmation of shipment by an email to the customer.

 

 

 

HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE

 

The order process consists of four (4) consecutive stages. Once the choice has been made and the cart validated, the Customers must:

 

- identify themselves

 

- choose the delivery method

 

- accept the General Conditions of Sale by ticking the appropriate box on the order summary page

 

- choose the payment method

 

Once the payment method has been selected, Customers must proceed with the balance of the order, which will formalize the sales contract that binds them to Grandi Scarpe.

 

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

The availability of the product is indicated in the online catalog of Grandi Scarpe on the detail page of each product.

 

The delivery times indicated are not binding, unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. However, the seller does everything in its power to respect the delivery times. The goods available in stock will be delivered in the estimated times. Customized shoes or with specific measures (above 46) will require 15 days of production. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check that the delivery is complete and correct and inform the seller of any problems within the day after delivery.

 

 

 

Price & Shipping costs

 

The prices shown on the website are not binding.They become so only upon confirmation of the shipping.The prices may be incorrect. In this case the customer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract and receive a refund, if the goods have already been paid.

Orders placed on Grandi Scarpe can be paid through advance bank transfer, PayPal and cash on delivery.

 

 

 

Warranty & Customer Service

 

Items purchased on Grandi Scarpe are guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty.
This European guarantee will apply to products that present lack of conformity and/or malfunctions not evident at the time of purchase, providing the product is used properly and with due diligence and respecting its destination as stated in the technical documents, in compliance with the various operating rules specified. The guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in use and maintenance of the product, or if the purchased product is connected to electrical systems or any other type of connection which is not up to standard. The warranty is personal and will apply only to the original buyer, being restricted only to direct customers and not to dealers, retailers, etc. The "1st year manufacturer warranty" will expire, as well as for the time, also if the buyer sell the products to third parties, or in the event of its destruction. Some manufacturers do not provide a guarantee; in that case, Grandi Scarpe will not make directly repairs on defective products. For retailers and companies that purchase with VAT, a 12-months guarantee is offered and it expires when the product is sold to third parties. The warranty is valid only if the client keeps the receipt or invoice. The receipt/invoice is to be shown to the service center in case of failures under warranty.

 

 

 

Right of Withdrawal

 

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree n. 185/1999 if the Customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and doesn’t purchase by indicating the VAT number in the order form sent to Grandi Scarpe), he is entitled to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and no penalty, except as described in the following point.

 

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written notice to Grandi Scarpe, within 7 working days by receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be addressed to

In the case of communication via telegram or fax, these must be followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, strictly within the following 48 hours.

 

 

 

Once such notice of withdrawal has been received, Grandi Scarpe Customer Service will quickly inform the Customer on how to return the goods, which must be received within 5 days from the authorization.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

 

a) the law applies to product purchased in its entirety. It is not possibile to exercise the withdrawal on for a part of the purchased product.

 

b) the right is not applied to sealed goods once opened.

 

c) The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (avoid affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging).

 

c) by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the Customer; the cost of delivery to the customer and any other costs indicated at the time of order will not be reimbursed.

 

d) the shipment is under the responsibility of the Customer, until the certificate of receipt in our storage.

 

e) if the goods are damaged during transport, Grandi Scarpe will inform the Customer (within 5 working days of the receipt of goods in the stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier and to obtain reimbursement on the value of the property. In this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal.

 

f) Grandi Scarpe does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

 

g) when the package will get in stock,any damages to the product, not resulting from normal shipping procedures, will be assessed. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, Grandi Scarpe will deduct a percentage from the refund due to the Customer. This percentage (as compensation for restoration costs) may not exceed 10% of the product.

 

 

 

CLAIMS

 

Any claims related to the delivery of products and/or their features at the time of delivery will have to be reported to support@grandiscarpe.com.

 

 

 

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

 

Data from Grandi Scarpe are processed by the seller. The seller guarantees to adhere to the terms of the applicable statutory provisions on the collection, processing and use of personal data. The data is not transmitted to any third parties. Grandi Scarpe guarantees its customers the respect of legislation on the processing of personal data covered by the code of the privacy under LD 196, 30.06.03.
